Who we are

Valdosta Roof Leak Pros operates roofleakrepairvaldosta.com, a free referral service connecting property owners with independent licensed roofing contractors in the Valdosta, GA area. Contact us at help@roofleakrepairvaldosta.com or (229) 555-0100.

There is no contact form on this site. The only way to reach us is to call or email. That is deliberate — it means we do not collect or store your details unless you choose to give them to us directly in a conversation.

What we collect

If you call: our telephone provider records the number you called from, the time and duration of the call, and which page or search generated it. Calls may be recorded for quality and training; you will be told at the start of the call where recording applies. Anything you tell us during the call — your address, what is leaking — we pass to the contractor so they can help you.
If you email: whatever you put in the email, plus your email address.
Usage information: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from IP address, and device or browser type.

We do not collect your phone number from a web form, because there is no web form. You initiate the contact.

Who we share it with

Roofing contractors. The main purpose of this service is to pass your enquiry to independent contractors so they can contact you. The contractors who may receive your information are named on our disclosure page and in the consent wording shown on the form.

Service providers. Telephone and call-tracking providers, form and hosting providers, and analytics providers, each acting on our instructions.

Legal. Where required by law, court order, or to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your information to data brokers, marketing list companies or anyone outside the referral purpose described above.

Calls and text messages

We do not run outbound marketing calls or text campaigns, and we do not use automatic dialling systems or prerecorded messages. You call us; we connect you with a contractor who will call you back about the job you asked about.

To stop any contact: tell us on any call, reply STOP to any text, or email help@roofleakrepairvaldosta.com. We act on opt-outs promptly and permanently, and maintain an internal suppression list so the request sticks.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, obtain a copy of it, opt out of its sale or sharing, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email help@roofleakrepairvaldosta.com. We will verify your identity before acting.

Note that once your information has been passed to a contractor, that contractor is a separate controller of it. You will need to contact them directly about information they hold.

Retention

Enquiry details are retained for as long as needed for the referral and any follow-up. Call records are retained per our telephone provider's settings. Suppression list entries are retained indefinitely, because that is what makes an opt-out permanent.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for analytics and call attribution. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them will not prevent you using this site.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes affecting how we contact you will not be applied retroactively to consent already given.
