What we do

We operate this website and a telephone line. When you contact us, we pass your details to one or more independent roofing contractors who cover your area, so that they can contact you about the work you have asked about.

What we do not do

• We do not perform roofing work of any kind.
• We do not employ, supervise or direct roofing contractors.
• We do not hold a contractor licence and do not represent that we do.
• We do not set, quote or guarantee prices for any work.
• We do not guarantee, warrant or insure the work of any contractor.
• We do not adjust, negotiate or handle insurance claims. That is a licensed activity in Georgia.

Contractor responsibility

Contractors in our network are independently owned and operated businesses. Each contractor is solely responsible for:

• The work they perform and its quality
• Their own licensing, bonding and insurance
• Their pricing, contracts and warranties
• Their compliance with all applicable laws and building codes

We recommend you independently verify any contractor's licence status, general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage before allowing work to begin. Georgia does not issue a separate roofing contractor licence. Always confirm a contractor's licence status, general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage directly. Licensing in Georgia is administered by the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors.

How we are paid

Our service is free to you. We are compensated by the roofing contractors who receive referrals through this site. We may be paid per call, per lead or per completed job depending on our arrangement with a given contractor.

This means we have a financial interest in connecting you with a contractor. We disclose it so you can weigh our recommendations accordingly. It does not affect your price — you negotiate directly with the contractor.

Who may contact you

There is no contact form on this site. If you call or email us, we pass your enquiry to an independent licensed roofing contractor covering your area, and they contact you about the job.

Partner list pending. This section will name every contractor we refer to before this site accepts live traffic.
